The space
DISCLOSURE: Our condo is located not far from airport (as are most of condos in city central). From reviews, most guests find our place quiet and only a couple have mentioned the noise. We provide ear plugs just in case.

A historic yet "real" community. From our balcony, you can hear the monk chanting. The local fruit sellers remember you. The best vegetarian slow food "Pun Pun" is right there. This local vibe creates the perfect balance between work and relaxation.

Artist Concept:
"The story of Chalawan (ชาละวัน), the crocodile lord, fastinated me. It shows that Thai people believed that crocodiles & humans can develop relationship. We recreated this crocodile lord on a spirit cloth and improvised the yantra texts.

I dressed the bed with a hand-woven fabric called Pha Sinh (ผ้าซิ่น). For the music, I selected the 70s funky Thai vinyl of Kwanjit Sriprajan. And an experimental Molum sound system from Bangkok based Dj Maarten’s Poy Sian จังหวะ."

Other things to note
Long-term rate excludes the electric & water bill. I'll pass you actual bills from authority (electric est. 5.5 baht /unit) upon check-out. Average cost is 1300 THB/month if AC is used only at night. I won't make profit on that. Most other hosts charge standard 8 baht/unit.
