Located shortly away from busy old town. With the best Mountain view, 40 sq.m. high up on 6th floor. With working chair & Laptop monitor. Enjoy pool, gym & balcony. DISCLOSURE: The place is away from backpacker center. It’s calmer & fits for guests with moped/ bike (I can guide you to a shop). From our reviews, most guests love this. A few find it slightly remote. There is a bar 0.5 km away that plays live music at night. They always stop at 12.30 am, never later. Most guests find this condo quiet and only a couple mentioned the noise. We provide ear plugs for any light sleepers just in case.

The Space
The condo is a corner unit with only one neighboring room. This means extra privacy. It is also situated away from direction of the highway. Meaning that we don’t hear highway noise like room on another side. Bright, cheerful and very functional. Perfect for family stay as well as super fast internet for digital nomads.

My place is good base for your long stay. To explore Old town, trendy Nimman Rd. and the Airport. Shopping store such as Tesco Lotus is within walking distance.

Getting around
Although, you can access to local bus on main street: I strongly recommend you to rent a moped/ car for your long stay. Because on daytime, the sun is very strong. I can recommend the best rental shop once you book my place. Also, GrabTaxi app works very well.
