Located near Old City yet right next to a golf club called Star Dome. This gives a unique balance of living in city center yet with refreshing greenery. Current artwork is from Ploy Kasom. The well-known local painter. All artworks are available for sale. Income goes directly to the artist.

Other things to note
Long-term rate excludes the electric & water bill. I'll pass you actual bills from authority (electric est. 5.5 baht /unit) upon check-out. I won't make profit on that. Most other hosts charges standard 8 baht/unit.

This condo is not part of a golf course. But it situated right next to it. 5 minutes taxi ride to the golf course.

Interaction
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call or message away.

Where you'll be
A true mix of traditional and modern day Chiang Mai! Walking distance to old town and just 8 minutes ride to Nimman. My place is good base for you to explore this amazing city.

Getting around
Local bus & taxi are easy to catch on main street. GrabTaxi app get you through the city with in $3. Rental bike & moped are just 10 min away.
